1. Purpose
This document describes prohibited activity and the consequences of violations when using LokyAssistant.
2. Prohibited activity
2.1 Illegal activity
- Fraud, theft, espionage
- Tax evasion
- Sale of prohibited goods
- Any activity that violates local law
2.2 Abusive content
- Violence, racism, sexism
- Harassment or stalking of other people
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Generally toxic content
2.3 Service abuse
- Mass automated requests (spam, brute force)
- DDoS attacks or attempts to take the service down
- API reverse engineering
- Scraping user data
- Exploiting vulnerabilities
2.4 Financial abuse
- Paying with a stolen payment method
- Chargebacks without a legitimate reason
- Refusal to pay
3. Consequences
First offense
A warning and possible account suspension for 7–30 days. We will try to contact you to clarify the situation.
Repeated offense
A permanent account ban with no possibility of return. Data will be removed within 90 days.
Serious offenses
Illegal activity, CSAM, spam, DDoS — immediate permanent ban. We may notify authorities.
4. How to report abuse

5. Appeal
If you believe your account was blocked by mistake, you can file an appeal at support@lokyassistant.com with an explanation. We will review it within 7 days.
6. Cooperation with authorities
We may share information with authorities when there is a lawful request (court order, warrant, etc.). We will try to notify the user when the law allows it.
