1. Acceptance of terms
By using LokyAssistant (the bot and the website), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
LokyAssistant is a service inside Telegram that lets you manage email, calendar, generate documents, and perform other tasks through a chat interface.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the credentials you provide
- The confidentiality of your Telegram account
- Following the law while using the service
- The content you receive from the assistant
3a. Your clients' data (Client Cards)
If you use Client Cards to store data about your clients or contacts, you acknowledge and agree that:
- with respect to that data you are the data controller and LokyAssistant is the processor acting on your instructions (GDPR Art. 28);
- you have a lawful basis for processing that data and are responsible for informing your clients;
- you will not enter special categories of personal data (health, biometric data, religious beliefs, etc.) without the explicit consent of the data subject;
- processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy → Your clients' data, including the right to export and delete.
4. Usage restrictions
Prohibited:
- Automating mass requests (spam, DDoS)
- Storing or reselling service data
- Reverse-engineering the API
- Illegal activity
- Violent or abusive content
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance

Prohibited content for photos and images
It is also prohibited to send or request the generation of:
- Third parties' documents with their personal data (passports, ID cards, etc.) without a lawful basis — you are responsible for the lawfulness of processing other people's documents.
- NSFW content, violence, discrimination, hate speech.
- Images of real people created for harmful purposes: deepfakes, intimate imagery without the depicted person's consent, impersonation, harassment or humiliation.
- Copyrighted content (reproduction of protected works, brand logos).
When such content is sent, the bot refuses and the provider cost is NOT charged against your quota. Details — in Privacy Policy → Photo processing.
5. Payments and subscription
- The subscription renews automatically every month
- You can cancel at any time
- We do not refund unused periods
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
6. Warranties and disclaimers
LokyAssistant is provided “as-is” without warranties. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted operation of the service
- The accuracy of generative AI answers
- Commercial fitness for a particular purpose
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability — the amount you paid for the last month.
8. Termination
We may terminate access without notice if you:
- Violate these terms
- Fail to pay invoices
- Use the service unlawfully
9. Jurisdiction
This document is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ukraine.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory protection afforded by the law of your country of habitual residence (Rome I Regulation, Art. 6). You may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the bot or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
